SAMARTH Empowers Girls: 500 Sanitary Pads Distributed at Rajkiya Kanya Inter College, Vikas Nagar

SAMARTH proudly organized a comprehensive Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session at Rajkiya Kanya Inter College, Vikas Nagar, reinforcing its commitment to empowering adolescent girls with knowledge, confidence, and dignity. The session was conducted by Team Leader Jyoti Dwivedi, Programme Associate Nisha Yadav, and Programme Assistant Pooja Yadav, representing SAMARTH’s dedicated team. Through interactive discussions, practical demonstrations, and awareness-building activities, SAMARTH guided the students to break myths and societal taboos around menstruation. The team emphasized that menstrual hygiene is not just a health matter but also a vital aspect of education, self-esteem, and personal empowerment.As part of this initiative, SAMARTH distributed 500 sanitary pads among the school girls, ensuring that every student has access to safe and essential hygiene products. SAMARTH’s intervention went beyond distribution, inspiring girls to embrace their health with confidence and make informed choices. Through this and other initiatives, SAMARTH continues to promote awareness, strengthen gender equality, and empower young girls to grow healthier, stronger, and more self-assured. SAMARTH’s unwavering dedication demonstrates how targeted community efforts can create a meaningful impact in the lives of young girls and their futures.
