Livelihood Empowerment

We believe that sustainable livelihood is key to breaking the cycle of poverty. Our livelihood initiatives focus on skill development, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support for women, youth, and marginalised communities. Through partnerships with training institutes and local businesses, we equip individuals with practical skills such as tailoring, handicrafts, computer literacy, and small-scale business management.

We also help participants with market linkages, financial literacy, and support to start or grow their own income-generating activities. Special attention is given to women-led households to ensure financial independence and dignity. Our goal is not just employment but long-term economic empowerment that enables people to take charge of their future. By promoting self-reliance and skill-building, we help communities unlock their true potential and move towards a more secure and empowered life. We also organise regular workshops and exposure visits to boost confidence and keep participants updated with market trends. By fostering a culture of innovation and self-employment, we aim to create local job creators rather than job seekers. Every livelihood story we support is a step towards building stronger, more resilient communities.
