SAMARTH proudly organized a transformative Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session at Arya Kanya Inter College, Nishat Ganj, dedicated to empowering adolescent girls with the knowledge, confidence, and dignity they deserve. The session, led by Team Leader Jyoti Dwivedi, Programme Associate Nisha Yadav, and Programme Assistant Pooja Yadav, created a safe and engaging space where students could openly discuss their concerns, ask questions, and learn practical ways to manage their menstrual health. The team focused on breaking societal taboos, dispelling myths, and highlighting that menstrual hygiene is not just a health necessity but a vital aspect of self-respect, education, and personal empowerment.
